How to unpair hearing aids from Android devices

Learn how to make your Android device forget its connection to your hearing aids.

Sometimes, clearing the pairings on your device and then re-pairing them can solve connection problems.

Unpairing via the Oticon Companion

The recommended procedure to unpair the Oticon Companion from hearing aids is to use the Troubleshooting section in the app.

Unpairing via your Android device’s own settings

Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings:

Go to > Settings >Connected Devices

Find your hearing aids in the list of Bluetooth devices connected to your Android device, and delete your hearing aids.
